1. 📍 Shipping Coverage & Partners

* Domestic (India): All orders are shipped via BlueDart.
* International (Overseas): We use FedEx to deliver orders worldwide.
* Coverage Restrictions: Shipping is subject to availability of courier services in your location. If courier service is not available, we will promptly contact you and arrange for a full refund.
2. ⏱ Order Processing Time

* All orders are processed and packaged within 3–7 business days.
* For customized or special edition items, processing may take slightly longer.
* Customers will be updated about the progress of their order through email/WhatsApp.

3. 📦 Delivery Timeline

* Domestic (India): Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days after dispatch.
* International (Overseas): On average, our shipments reach customers within 3–4 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance in your country).
⚠️ Delays may occur due to customs inspection, courier disruptions, extreme weather, or special product testing. We will keep you updated in case of any delay.

* Domestic (India): Free shipping across India.
* International (Overseas): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country.

5. 🏛 Customs Duties & Taxes
* For international orders, all customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in the buyer’s country must be paid by the customer directly.
* WaveShowcase only charges for product value and shipping cost.

6. 📬 Tracking Orders

* Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking ID via email and WhatsApp.
* You can track the status of your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website (FedEx for international, BlueDart for domestic).

* We use strong, secure, and protective packaging materials to ensure your décor piece reaches you intact.
* Each package is tested and sealed before dispatch to prevent leakage, breakage, or reaction issues.

8. ❌ Failed Deliveries / Return to Origin (RTO)
* Customers must provide a complete and correct address along with an active phone number/email.
* If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone/email, or customer not available to accept the package, WaveShowcase will not be responsible.
* In such cases:
* Domestic: The customer must pay reshipping charges.
* International: Due to high reshipping costs, the customer must bear full reshipment charges before we resend.

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to:
* Customs clearance at the destination country.
* Bad weather or natural calamities.
* Manufacturing testing or product inspection.
* Courier operational delays.
